Corona Virus Spreads in South Korea, Wooyoung 2PM Completes Military Service Early

established by the Republic of Korea's Ministry of National Defense regarding the emergence of corona virus cases in Korea.

JYP Entertainment stated, "While Wooyoung was enjoying his year-end vacation, he was informed that he could go home directly and did not need to return to the military."

The Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea held a meeting to discuss preventive measures related to the emergence of coronavirus cases in Korea. Since February 22, 2020, the Ministry of National Defense
of the Republic of Korea has tightened surveillance on holidays, leaves, and visits by soldiers.

However, these regulations have been modified for soldiers who are enjoying year-end holidays before their release from mandatory military service. They do not need to return to military bases and can go home directly.

2. Wooyoung's Homecoming Fan Meeting

JYP Entertainment also announced the cancellation of the fan meeting scheduled on the day of 2PM member's homecoming. They are concerned about the health and safety of fans if the fan meeting
proceeds.

"We are preparing a venue where Wooyoung can express his gratitude to the fans, but due to the emergence of coronavirus cases, we have decided to cancel it for the health of the artist and fans," said JYP Entertainment as reported by Koreaboo.

Instead, Wooyoung will appear in a live broadcast soon so that he can safely greet the fans.
