Kapanlagi.com - Kim Jaejoong is now facing a new challenge as the CEO of INKODE Entertainment. In the first episode of the fourth season of the YouTube series Jaefriends, he reveals the story behind the establishment of the agency, which has only been operating since May 2023.
In an exciting conversation with INFINITE, Jaejoong explains how he has to divide his time between his career as an artist and his responsibilities as CEO. Although it is new, INKODE has already faced many challenges that test his dedication and ability to manage the company.
INKODE Entertainment is a new agency founded by Jaejoong with a strong vision. Building a company from scratch is certainly not an easy task, especially in the highly competitive entertainment industry.
Jaejoong has to recruit competent staff, build networks, and develop effective business strategies. All of this is done while remaining active as a singer and actor, which certainly adds to his responsibilities.
Being the CEO of INKODE means Jaejoong has to divide his time and energy between two major roles. In a conversation with Sunggyu from INFINITE, he acknowledged that managing many artists and training them incurs significant costs.
“I only take care of INFINITE, but you have to manage many artists at INKODE,” Sunggyu revealed, highlighting how difficult Jaejoong's task is. However, Jaejoong remains optimistic and feels fulfilled running his company despite having to use his personal funds.
INKODE Entertainment has recently expanded to Japan by establishing INKODE Japan. This expansion brings new challenges, including understanding a different market and adapting to local culture.
In addition, Jaejoong is also planning the launch of a new idol group, which requires significant investment and the right marketing strategy. The success of this group will greatly influence INKODE's image and success in the future.
“Many people ask why I started my own company with such great risks. But I am very satisfied right now,” Jaejoong expressed passionately. He added, “Honestly, I no longer have worldly desires.”
