First Teaser of 'SPACE SWEEPERS', Song Joong Ki's Latest Film in Thriller Sci-Fi Genre Full of Challenging Actions

Kapanlagi.com - As previously discussed, Song Joong Ki will have a new project in early 2021. And true enough, his latest film titled SPACE SWEEPERS will finally be released on Netflix on February 5th.

Directed by Jo Sung Hee (A WEREWOLF BOY and PHANTOM DETECTIVE), this Korean sci-fi thriller film also stars Song Joong Ki, Kim Tae Ri, Jin Seon Kyu, and Yoo Hae Jin. Full of challenging action scenes, SPACE SWEEPERS is set in the year 2092.

When the earth has become a place that is almost uninhabitable, Spaceship Victory becomes one of the surviving spacecraft by collecting space debris. Controlled by a team consisting of the genius pilot Tae Ho (Song Joong Ki), a former pirate captain Jang (Kim Tae Ri), a spacecraft technician Tiger Park (Jin Seon Kyu), and a reprogrammed military robot named Bubs (Yoo Hae Jin), Spaceship Victory successfully outperforms other survivors.

After successfully capturing a destroyed spacecraft in their latest mission, the team discovers a seven-year-old girl inside the ship. They realize that this girl is a humanoid robot being hunted by the UTS Space Forces and decide to ask for a ransom in exchange.
