South Korea's famous girl group, aespa, departed for the United States to perform at the 2021 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade last week. They became the first girl group to perform at the event.

When they returned to South Korea, aespa members were not seen as a full team at the airport. Only Giselle from aespa was seen returning to South Korea at Incheon Airport.

This immediately raised a big question mark for fans about where the other three members of Aespa were. The incident was quickly responded to by aespa's agency, SM Entertainment.

SM Entertainment clarified that the other three members, Karina, Winter, and Ningning, are experiencing flu symptoms. These symptoms occurred after their performance in the United States and have been going on for three days.

The three members of aespa took a COVID-19 test after feeling a little cold and having a runny nose. This is what made the three members have to wait, and Giselle aespa was the first to return to Korea.

Not long after, through the Bubble application, Winter and Karina aespa provided the latest update on their condition. Both of them said that Winter and Karina aespa are free from COVID-19. The tests conducted also showed negative results.

This of course raises a big question for Ningning aespa. However, after two of her fellow members uploaded their latest news on Bubble, the maknae, Ningning aespa also followed suit. Ningning's test results also showed negative results.

These results officially declare that all aespa members tested negative for COVID-19 upon returning from the United States. The flu symptoms experienced by some aespa members are believed to be a result of the winter season currently affecting Uncle Sam's Land.
