Furry Citra's Story about the Craziest Thing Done to Watch BTS

Kapanlagi.com - When performing at the KapanLagi Korean Festival Vol 2 event, Furry Citra shared a story about her craziest experience to watch her idol, the South Korean boy group BTS. As known, Furry Citra is a true ARMY (the name for BTS fans).

Furry Citra also shared an unforgettable experience when watching the performers of Butter. She said she once bought fake tickets when she wanted to watch BTS at the Asia Artist Awards event.

"So I once watched them in Korea at an awards event, and it was like a bad experience because I bought the tickets but it turned out to be fake, the person wasn't there even though I had already paid," said Furry Citra when met at the KapanLagi Youniverse office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (16/9).

She lost 6 million rupiahs in vain. Not giving up, Furry Citra looked for on-the-spot tickets. Luckily, there was a scalper who offered tickets at a cheaper price than the first tickets she bought.

"Finally, I looked for on-the-spot tickets in Korea where not everyone can speak English, so I looked for it like a miracle, suddenly someone offered a scalper 'do you want to enter or not,' it was like 30 minutes before the awards started. Finally, I bought it there," she said.

When I entered the venue, Furry Citra's struggle to watch BTS was not over yet. Because she had to endure pushing and shoving with other fans. She even felt breathless. However, Furry Citra did not give up until the event ended.

"Because when watching awards like that, people from all over the world also come. So they push each other, to the point where I couldn't breathe. I have struggled to come this far, so I can't just leave. In the end, I watched until it finished, but it felt suffocating," she said.

"I stood there for hours, it was really crowded. But when I watch concerts or awards, I have to be in front of the fence. That's why we push and shove until it becomes breathless. Maybe that's the sacrifice that I think is the most dangerous to my life," Furry Citra concluded.
