Additionally, the photo claimed to be evidence of an attack by Gold Medalist's legal representative turns out to be an image that can be freely found on the internet. Gold Medalist stated that the allegations against their lawyer are completely fabricated and nonsensical.

They even referred to Garo Sero's actions as a form of new digital crime that exploits AI technology to spread lies. Gold Medalist expressed their shock and concern over these actions, which they believe have seriously damaged Kim Soo Hyun's reputation.

3. Full of Engineering and Slander

They also assessed that the press conference was full of engineering and deliberate slander. Therefore, the agency will take firm legal action against Garo Sero for legal violations including the Stalking Violence Eradication Law and the ITE Law.
