Hyun Bin once again stole the spotlight with his appearance at the press conference for the Disney+ original series, "MADE IN KOREA Season 2", held on September 2, 2026, at the Grand Ballroom of Conrad Seoul, Yeongdeungpo. He wore a formal gray suit paired with a white shirt and matching tie, enhancing his charismatic aura.

The event was also attended by director Woo Min Ho along with other main cast members, including Jung Woo Sung, Woo Do Hwan, Seo Eun Soo, Won Ji An, Jung Sung Il, Noh Jae Won, and Cha Hee. The series is scheduled to premiere on September 9, with a total of six episodes.

MADE IN KOREA Season 2 is set nine years after the first season, specifically during the turmoil of 1979 following the 10-26 Incident and before the 12-12 military coup.

Hyun Bin returns as Baek Ki Tae, who is now at the peak of power as the acting head of the National Intelligence Service.

He faces Jang Gun Young (Jung Woo Sung), a figure who has lost everything and returns with a personal vendetta, as well as Baek Ki Hyun (Woo Do Hwan), Ki Tae's younger brother who is now a lieutenant colonel in the Security Command with his own ambitions.

Director Woo Min Ho explained that while the first season focused on separate episodes, the second season will flow as one big story from the first episode to the sixth.
