Kapanlagi.com - Who doesn't know about NCT? A group with the most members under SM Entertainment, they have a large number of members. This unique concept group recruits members with an indefinite number, usually a band group will have a specific number of members, but not for NCT.
The origin of the name NCT itself comes from Neo Culture Technology (NCT), which means SM Entertainment recruits members from various countries such as China, Japan, and Thailand. There are even rumors that there will be additional members from other countries besides China, Japan, and Thailand.
Currently, NCT has a total of 21 members, from 2016 to 2019. NCT has sub-units that separate each member from all NCT members with different music genres, the sub-units consist of NCT U, NCT127, NCT Dream, and WayV.
NCT has an official fandom name, which is NCTzen, and has an official color, which is lime. According to various sources, here are the profiles of the current 21 NCT members.

Is the oldest member of all NCT members, Taeil who was born on June 14, 1994 in Seoul, South Korea and has the real name Moon Tae-il.
Taeil is a member of the NCT U and NCT 127 sub-units. Taeil is the main vocalist in the NCT U sub-unit, he debuted on April 10, 2016 as a member of the NCT U sub-unit and on July 10, 2016 Taeil debuted again as a member of the NCT127 sub-unit.
Taeil was first introduced to the public in October 2015 as SM Rookies, and on January 27, 2016 Taeil released the song Because of you which is the soundtrack of the drama THE MERCHANT: GAEKJU 2005.
Taeil also released the song Sound of your heart for SM Station in 2016 along with other members who are in SM Entertainment. The latest, Taeil created the NCT 2018 unit project by making the full album NCT 2018 Empathy.

Next is Johnny, who is the second oldest member after Taeil. Johnny is part of the sub-unit NCT127 as the lead dancer, lead rapper, and sub-vocalist. Johnny, who was born in Chicago, America on February 9, 1995, is an only child.
Johnny was accepted as a trainee at SM Entertainment through the SM Global Audition held in Chicago, America in 2007. He was first introduced to the public in December 2013 as a member of SM Rookies.
On October 28, 2016, Johnny released a song titled Nightmare for SM Station along with members from other groups under SM Entertainment. Johnny also became a radio host on SBS starting from March 20, 2017, in the program NCT's Night Night!

His real name is Lee Tae-Yong, and he is a member of NCT born on July 1, 1995, in Seoul, South Korea. Along with Johnny, Taeyong was introduced to the public in December 2013 as a member of SM Rookies.
Taeyong is a member of the sub-unit NCT U and NCT127. In NCT127, Taeyong is the leader, main rapper, main dancer, sub-vocalist, visual, and center. In October 2014, Taeyong collaborated with Red Velvet, a girl group under the same agency (SM Entertainment), and released a song called Be Natural.
In July 2019, Taeyong released his first solo song titled Long Flight, which is part of SM Station. In addition to being a member of NCT, Taeyong is also part of SuperM, a mixed K-pop group consisting of members from various boy bands under SM Entertainment.

Is a member from the land of Sakura, Yuta has the real name Nakamoto Yuta. Yuta was born on October 26, 1995 in Osaka, Japan and is the first Japanese blood member owned by SM Entertainment.
Yuta entered the NCT127 sub-unit in the position of lead dancer and sub vocal. Like Johnny, Yuta was accepted as a trainee at SM Entertainment when he participated in the SM Global Audition held in Osaka. He was also introduced to the public for the first time in December 2013 as a member of SM Rookies.

The next member with Chinese blood, namely Kun, is a member of NCT who was born on January 1, 1996 in Fujian, China. Kun has the real name Qian Kun.
Introduced to the public for the first time as a member of SM Rookies on December 18, 2015. Kun joined the NCT U and WayV sub-units, in WayV Kun holds the position as the leader (group leader of WayV) and main vocalist.
Kun has participated in taking part in the song NCT U titled Without you with the Chinese version. Kun also often participates in various NCT activities such as Life In Seoul with other NCT members.

The next Korean member is Doyoung who was born in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea on February 1, 1996. Doyoung is part of the sub-units NCT U and NCT127 as the main vocalist.
Doyoung was first introduced to the public in January 2015 as a new host on the music show Show Champion. In July 2016, Doyoung collaborated with Key Shinee on the song titled Cool which is the soundtrack for the drama 38 REVENUE COLLECTION UNIT.
In November 2016, Doyoung participated in the program Lipstick Prince and left the show in February 2017. Then in December 2016, Doyoung collaborated with Joy from Red Velvet on the song First Christmas for Inkigayo Music Crush.
Also in December 2016, he released a song with Taeil and other members from SM Entertainment group titled Sound of Your Heart.

Ten is a member of NCT who comes from Thailand. Ten was born on February 27, 1996 in Bangkok, Thailand. Ten's real name is Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul in the Thai language.
Ten is part of the NCT U and WayV sub-units. In WayV, Ten holds the position of main dancer and main vocalist. Along with other NCT members, Ten was introduced to the public in December 2013 as a member of SM Rookies.
In 2016, Ten participated in the show Dance Ment, Hit The Stage as a contestant. In January 2017, he joined the SBS program, Elementary School Teacher, which featured idols from foreign countries showcasing their Korean language skills and becoming more familiar with Korean culture.
In 2017, Ten released the song Dream in a dream for SM Station.

Having the real name Jung Jae-hyun and changing his name to Jung Yoon-oh, he is a member of NCT from South Korea. Jaehyun was born on February 14, 1997 in Seoul, South Korea and is an only child.
Jaehyun is part of the NCT U and NCT127 sub-units as the lead vocalist, lead dancer, sub-rapper, and visual. Like other NCT members, Jaehyun was first introduced to the public in December 2013 as a SM Rookie.
In 2015, Jaehyun hosted the music program Show Champion, and on March 20, 2017, he and Johnny became radio hosts for the SBS show, NCT'S Night Night!

Having the real name Dong Sicheng, he was born on October 28, 1997 in Zhejiang, China. Winwin is part of the NCT U, NCT127, and WayV sub-units.
In the WayV sub-unit, Winwin holds positions as the lead dancer, vocalist, and visual. In NCT127, Winwin is the lead dancer and sub-vocalist. Winwin was first introduced to the public in January 2016 as a member of SM Rookies.

Having the real name Kim Jungwoo born on February 19, 1998, he is a member of NCT who is part of the sub-units NCT U and NCT127 as the lead vocalist and lead dancer. Jungwoo was introduced to the public on April 18, 2017, as a member of SM Rookies.
Jungwoo made his first appearance in the music video for Paper umbrella sung by his senior in SM Entertainment, Yesung of Super Junior. Jungwoo made his debut in NCT U with the song Boss in February 2018.
In September 2018, SM Entertainment announced that Jungwoo joined as a new member of NCT127 along with the release of their first album, NCT127, titled Regular-irregular.

Next is the NCT member from China, Lucas, with the real name Huang Xuxi or Wong Yuk-hei. Lucas was born on January 25, 1999, in Hong Kong, China.
Lucas was officially introduced as an SM Rookie on April 5, 2017. Lucas also appeared in Ten's music video titled Dream in a dream. Currently, Lucas is part of the NCT U and WayV sub-units.
In WayV, Lucas holds positions as the lead rapper, vocalist, center, and visual.

Mark Lee or also known as Lee Min-hyung was born on August 2, 1999 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He was introduced to the public in December 2013 as a member of SM Rookies.
In 2016, Mark made his debut in 3 consecutive sub-units, namely NCT U, NCT127, and NCT Dream as a rapper, dancer, and vocalist. In 2017, Mark joined as a contestant in the Mnet rap show, High School Rapper.
He also served as one of the hosts for the MBC Core music program from February 2018 to January 2019. Mark also graduated from NCT Dream at the end of 2018. Currently, Mark is a member of NCT127 as the main rapper, main dancer, and sub-vocalist.

Born with the name Xiao De Jun on August 8, 1999 in Guangdong, China. Xiaojun was first introduced as a member of SM Rookies in July 2018. Xiaojun is part of the WayV sub-unit along with Winwin and Lucas, with the position as the main vocalist.

Having the real name Wong Kunhang or Huang Guanheng, born in Macau on September 28, 1999. Hendery is part of the WayV subunit, along with Xiaojun. Hendery was also first introduced as an SM Rookie in July 2018. In the WayV subunit, Hendery's positions are lead dancer, lead rapper, vocalist, and visual.

Huang Ren Jun, commonly known as Renjun, was born in Jilin, China on March 23, 2000. Similar to Kun and Winwin, Renjun joined SM Entertainment in July 2015. In the NCT subunit, Renjun is part of NCT Dream as the main vocalist and lead dancer.

Lee Je-no was born on April 23, 2000, in Seoul, South Korea. Jeno was first introduced as a member of SM Rookies in December 2013. Jeno is part of the NCT Dream subunit as a lead dancer, lead rapper, vocalist, and visual.

Has the real name Lee Dong-hyuck born on June 6, 2000 in Jeju, South Korea. Haechan was first introduced as a member of SM Rookies in March 2014 with the name Dong-hyuck.
Haechan is part of the NCT127 and NCT Dream sub-units. In NCT127, Haechan is the lead vocalist, sub-rapper, and maknae, while in NCT Dream Haechan is the main vocalist and lead dancer.

Jaemin whose real name is Na Jae-min was born in Seoul, South Korea on August 13, 2000. Jaemin was introduced as a member of SM Rookies in April 2015. Currently, Jaemin is part of the NCT Dream sub-unit as the lead dancer, lead rapper, vocalist, and visual.

Yangyang who was born in Dusseldorf, Germany on October 10, 2000, has the real name Liu Yangyang. Yangyang was introduced as a member of SM Rookies in July 2018. Currently, Yangyang is a part of the NCT sub-unit Wayv, with positions as the main rapper, lead dancer, vocalist, and maknae.

Originally from China, Chenle has the real name Zhong Chen Le. He was born in Shanghai, China on November 22, 2001. Chenle debuted after only 2 months of training. Currently, Chenle is a member of the NCT Dream sub-unit as the main vocalist.

Being the youngest member of all NCT members, Jisung has the real name Park Ji-sung. He was born in Seoul, South Korea on February 5, 2002. Jisung was introduced as a member of SM Rookies in December 2013.
He also appeared in Yunho TVXQ's music video for the song Champagne released on July 19, 2015. Currently, Jisung is a member of the NCT Dream sub-unit, holding positions as the main dancer, vocalist, rapper, and maknae.
