After a 2-month wait, Disney Plus finally released the first trailer for the original Korean drama titled ROOKIES. First announced on October 14 at the APAC Content Showcase event, the drama will star Kang Daniel and Chae Soo Bin as the main cast.

This drama is quite special as it will be the acting debut of K-Pop idol Kang Daniel in a South Korean drama. In his first project, he will showcase his acting skills alongside talented actress Chae Soo Bin as the main cast. ROOKIES tells the story of a new student at the elite National Police University in Korea, which is said to be one of the most conservative and exclusive campuses in Korea. This teenage investigative drama depicts the dreams, love, challenges, and ambitions of students.

In the drama, Kang Daniel will play a student at the National Police University in Korea named Wi Seung Hyun, who wants to follow in his father's footsteps.
