Set in 1960s Korea, UNCLE SAMSIK follows Kim San, an ambitious idealist driven to change the fate of his country. As a recipient of the Albright Scholarship, San only wants to transform his nation into an industrialized country and bring American prosperity to the Korean people.

Determined to succeed, San catches the attention of Pak Doochill (Uncle Samsik), a clever problem solver who adapts to any situation and takes any necessary steps to help him achieve his goals. Together, this unlikely pair will form an alliance that is not easily broken, navigate the complexities of the existing system, and be united by a common goal of a prosperous future.

Starring Song Kangho (PARASITE, SNOWPIERCER) as Pak Doochill/Uncle Samsik, a problem solver and social chameleon who adapts to any situation and works tirelessly to ensure his team enjoys three meals a day, and Byun Yohan (MR.
