Jimin BTS Reveals the Meaning of the Song 'Filter', Wants to Show a New Side of Himself

One of the highly anticipated ones is Jimin BTS who will be singing solo. Fans have been talking a lot about the solo debut of this main dancer. He will be singing a song titled Filter.

According to Koreaboo, the song Filter tells a different side of him. In addition, the song was written by 10 artists including Bang Si Hyuk.

1. Meaning of the Song

Jimin revealed that this song is his chance to shine brighter. He also explained the meaning of the song, "Filter can be interpreted as a camera application or social media, but it can also be interpreted as someone's perspective or point of view."

He added, "I incorporated many meanings and expressions into this song. I want to show my expression to the world in various ways. I think I should show a different side of me compared to previous songs like Serendipity and Lie."

2. BTS Members' Solos

Not only Jimin, other members also have the opportunity to have solo songs. The album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 will include 6 solo songs which are Jungkook - My Time, Suga - Interlude: Shadow, V - Inner Child, Jin - Moon, J-Hope - Outro: Ego, and Jimin - Filter.
