Netflix officially announced the list of actors and actresses who will star in Squid Game 2. According to Netflix's official post, Jo Yuri's name is included in the list as a new face in Squid Game 2. The news of Jo Yuri's joining has surprised netizens as it was unexpected. Jo Yuri became known through the survival show Produce 48. Her name gained even more popularity when she successfully debuted and joined the girl group IZ*ONE. After her contract with IZ*ONE members ended, she decided to debut as a solo artist on October 7, 2021. Her appearance in Squid Game 2 is not her first experience as an actress, though!
