Kemnaker Allegedly Received 160 Million and BLACKPINK Tickets, KPK Delves into the Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK will investigate the confession of Buol Regent Risharyudi Triwibowo regarding the receipt of Rp 160 million and concert tickets for BLACKPINK. The giver of the money and tickets is Haryanto, who served as the Director of PPTKA from 2019-2024, Director General of Binapenta and PKK from 2024-2025, and is currently serving as Special Staff to the Minister for International Relations.

According to detik.com, the confession was revealed during the trial of the alleged corruption in the management of Foreign Worker permits at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). The trial itself was held at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo emphasized that every fact that emerges in the courtroom will be reviewed by the public prosecutor. "Whether it can become new evidence for the development of the investigation will be explored later," he said.

KPK ensures it will comprehensively investigate the alleged receipt. This includes examining whether there are other parties involved or benefiting from the flow of funds.

Investigators are opening the possibility of calling new witnesses if needed to clarify the facts of the trial. This step is deemed important to strengthen the case construction.

The alleged extortion case involving foreign worker permits has implicated eight defendants from the Directorate of PPTKA to Binapenta. They are suspected of being involved in systematic extortion practices.

Eight defendants revealed are Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin, Alfa Eshad, Suhartono, Haryanto, Wisnu Pramono, Devi Angraeni, and Gatot Widiartono from the ranks of PPTKA and Binapenta.

The prosecutor revealed that the alleged extortion amounts to tens of billions of rupiah. There was even a request for one unit of Vespa type Primavera 150 ABS A/T and one unit of Innova Reborn car.

Haryanto is suspected of receiving Rp 84.72 billion and one unit of Innova Reborn car. Wisnu Pramono is said to have received Rp 25.2 billion and a Vespa Primavera 150 ABS A/T.

Gatot Widiartono is suspected of receiving Rp 9.48 billion, Putri Citra Wahyoe Rp 6.39 billion, Alfa Eshad Rp 5.24 billion, Devi Rp 3.25 billion, Jamal Rp 551.16 million, and Suhartono Rp 460 million.
