• That our client, Ms. Fransiska Melani, will respect and follow the legal process.
• That the legal event occurring in the case a quo is a purely civil matter that originated from an agreement reached between PT Media Inspirasi Bangsa and PT Melania Citra Permata, as per Agreement No: 123/LEGAL-IDN/X/2023 dated October 17, 2023.
• That in the legal event between PT Media Inspirasi Bangsa and PT Melania Citra Permata, should a dispute arise as per the agreement, it will be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) as per Agreement No: 123/LEGAL-IDN/X/2023 dated October 17, 2023 and not through Criminal Law channels.
