Mecimapro made an important announcement on Monday morning (19/5/2025). They announced on social media that the Beautiful Mind Xdinary Heroes concert in Jakarta and Surabaya, which was supposed to take place on June 21 and June 25, 2025, has been postponed.
Here is an important statement from Mecimapro regarding this postponement that Villains (the fans of Xdinary Heroes) need to pay attention to!
According to Mecimapro, the reason for the postponement of the Xdinary Heroes concert, which was supposed to take place next month, is due to an unforeseen situation beyond control. The postponement was decided after discussions with the relevant parties.
Mecimapro sincerely apologizes to Xdinary Heroes fans who have been waiting. They also assure that they will continue to strive to bring Xdinary Heroes back to Indonesia as soon as possible.
Regarding tickets that fans have already purchased, Mecimapro offers two options. First, fans can keep the tickets they have purchased and can use them when the concert date for Xdinary Heroes in Indonesia is confirmed, and they are expected not to request a refund.
While fans who want their money back can apply for a refund. For those who want a refund, they can fill out the registration starting from May 20 to May 27, 2025. After that, data verification will be conducted from May 28 to June 5, 2025.
Mecimapro promises that the refund process for those requesting a refund will begin processing from June 6 to June 19, 2025.
