Meeting Jokowi, Leeteuk Super Junior Admits Having a Girlfriend in Indonesia

Kapanlagi.com - Indonesia seems to have a strong bond with Super Junior. Not only frequently holding concerts in Indonesia, in 2018 Super Junior even performed at the Closing Ceremony of the Asian Games at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

This was revealed by the leader of Super Junior, Leeteuk, during the concert titled 'SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR - SUPER SHOW 8: INFINITE TIME' at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang, on Saturday (11/1).

"It feels great to start this year with all of you. Super Junior and Indonesia cannot be separated. We also performed at the closing ceremony of the Olympics," said Leeteuk.

However, Siwon immediately corrected Leeteuk's statement, clarifying that he was referring to the closing ceremony of the Asian Games. The event took place in mid-2018 in Jakarta.

After the closing of the Asian Games, Indonesian President Joko Widodo visited South Korea and met with Super Junior. Leeteuk even spoke to Jokowi that Super Junior has a girlfriend in Indonesia.

"And also the President of Indonesia when he came to Korea. We met personally and we showed him that we have a girlfriend in Indonesia," said Leeteuk.

2. ELF, Super Junior's Girlfriend

However, what Leeteuk meant by girlfriend was ELF (Super Junior fans). Leeteuk's statement certainly made the audience hysterical and thrilled.

"And all of you are our girlfriends. Are you all ready to date us forever?" he shouted.
