On Tuesday (7/4/2020), media OSEN as reported by Koreaboo, stated that what was reported by SMCP is not true. After checking, it turns out that the demolished house is actually Song Joong Ki's private residence located in Itaewon.

When Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo just got married, there were many rumors that the house in Itaewon would be occupied together. But it turns out that's not true. They are said to have never lived there.

"They never lived there together. That's not their wedding house. This house is privately owned by Song Joong Ki," said a source to OSEN.

2. Will Be Demolished for a Long Time

As for the news of the demolition of this house, the source said that the plan has been there for a long time. But it can only be realized now.

"We were not allowed to reconstruct the building. I have been to the district office for years to get permission to demolish the house, and recently allowed to reconstruct. That's why we demolished it," explained the source again.
