Seungri and Jung Joon Young along with two individuals involved in their controversial group chat, Yoo In Seok, former CEO of Yuri Holdings, and Kim, an employee at the club, were summoned by the police for interrogation on Thursday (14/3/2019). Seungri himself spent 16 hours being examined, while Jung Joon Young was interrogated for 21 hours. This is their appearance after completing the initial investigation process.

Meanwhile, Seungri was questioned for 16 hours before being allowed to leave the police station.
Jung Joon Young also admitted that he answered all police questions honestly. The singer, who announced his retirement from the entertainment world, claimed to have handed over the controversial chat contents on his phone.
Seungri himself revealed that he will request a suspension of his mandatory military service in order to participate in the investigation process until the end of the case.
Two other individuals involved in the group chat also appeared in this investigation, namely Yoo In Seok, former CEO of Yuri Holdings.
Meanwhile, Kim was revealed to be the managing director of Burning Sun and also answered the police's summons.
The police are currently conducting a search at Jung Joon Young's house to inspect and ensure that there are no hidden mobile phones.
On the other hand, Seungri has not yet received confirmation whether his request for military service deferment has been approved or not.
