Pan Yueming is a Chinese actor who has been building his career since the mid-1990s. He was born on May 9, 1974, in Xuanwu District, Beijing, and completed his arts education at Beijing Normal University before diving into the acting world. His television debut occurred in 1994 through the epic series Romance of the Three Kingdoms, where he played Sun Xiu, the son of Sun Quan and the third emperor of Eastern Wu.

Entering the 2000s, Pan Yueming ventured into film. His role as Lei Haiyang in the movie A Lingering Face (2000) earned him the Best New Performer award at the Beijing College Student Film Festival, a significant recognition for a newcomer. A year later, he again caught attention with the character Tai Lin in A Love of Blueness (2001), leading to nominations for Best Actor at the Golden Rooster Award and Hundred Flowers Awards, as well as winning the Golden Phoenix Award for Best Male Actor.
