The film 2 O'CLOCK DATE is a South Korean romantic-comedy film directed by Lee Sang Geun, who previously collaborated with Yoona SNSD in the film EXIT. The film finished shooting at the end of 2022. The release schedule, which was originally planned for August 2023, has been changed to 2024. This was announced by Kang Hye Jung, the CEO of Filmmaker R&K, who stated that the film's production is scheduled to be completed and released in the winter of 2024.
The delay in the release schedule certainly disappoints fans of Yoona SNSD and Ahn Bo Hyun, as they have been eagerly anticipating the on-screen acting showdown between these two actors. However, some fans also feel that the postponed release date only increases their curiosity. One of the reasons for the longer production time is because the film 2 O'CLOCK DATE was previously shot during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Did you know, KLovers, that the male lead in the film 2 O'CLOCK DATE was originally planned to be played by Kim Seon Ho? However, due to a scandal regarding an abortion he was involved in, the male lead in the film 2 O'CLOCK DATE was replaced.

Yoona SNSD plays the role of Jeong Seon-ji. A mysterious and secretive main female character with unimaginable secrets. Later, she will be involved in a sweet and puzzling relationship.

Ahn Bo Hyun plays the role of Gil-goo, a foreign man who will spend time with Seon-ji every morning. Ahn Bo Hyun is a replacement actor for Kim Seon Ho, who was involved in a scandal in 2021.

Joo Hyun-young is a South Korean actress born on January 14, 1996. The actress, whose real name is Kim Hyun-young, plays the role of Jeong Ah-ra in the movie '2 O'Clock Date.'

The film 2 O'CLOCK DATE tells the story of a woman who has quite a few secrets in her life. She decides to live in an apartment building to ensure her privacy. But instead, she ends up having to deal with a strange man who has been living in the unit next to hers for who knows how long.
