On October 16, 2023, PLUM A&C, as Kang Sora's agency, announced that the actress is expecting their second child.

"Kang Sora is pregnant with her second child. She is expected to give birth around the end of this year," said the agency.

Following the news of Kang Sora's second pregnancy, the actress herself shared her latest maternity shoot photo through an Instagram post.

In every shared snapshot, Kang Sora's baby bump is already visible, although it doesn't have much impact on her overall body shape.

Accompanying the photos, Kang Sora wrote a heartfelt message that says, "Thank you very much to everyone who has congratulated me."

"It's been a long time since I last appeared. I've been quiet because I'm pregnant with my second child, and I want to thank everyone for the congratulations," she added.
