Holding a concert is one of the things that many K-Pop idols want to do. This is because concerts are events where idols can meet and interact with their fans. In 2022 to 2023, there are several K-Pop Girl Groups who held world tour concerts. And among the many Girl Groups, here are 8 Girl Groups who proved their popularity by successfully selling the most concert tickets, including BLACKPINK and Aespa!

1. BLACKPINK

YG Entertainment's girl group, BLACKPINK, is known to have last held an offline concert 'IN YOUR AREA' in 2019. Four years have passed, and BLACKPINK officially held their latest offline concert 'BORN PINK' in 2022-2023. BLACKPINK successfully held stadium-scale concerts in several countries in Asia, Europe, and America. After months of world tour, BLACKPINK officially concluded the 'BORN PINK' concert by holding a concert in Seoul, Korea.

This 'BORN PINK FINALE' was held at Gocheok Sky Dome on September 16-17, 2023. Gocheok Sky Dome is the largest indoor venue in Korea with a capacity of 25,000 spectators. Proving their extraordinary popularity, it is known that BLACKPINK became the first girl group to successfully hold a concert in the dome. Gen 3 Girl Group TWICE also held their 5th world tour titled 'READY TO BE' in 2023. TWICE opened this world tour by holding a concert at the Olympic Park KSPO Dome on April 15-16, 2023. The Olympic Park KSPO Dome is an indoor arena commonly used for concerts with a capacity of 15,000 spectators.

It is known that TWICE held the opening concert of 'READY TO BE' by successfully selling 13,792 tickets for two days. This proves the extraordinary popularity of one of JYP Entertainment's Girl Groups. Good news for Once Indonesia, for the first time, TWICE will greet fans in Indonesia with the 'READY TO BE' concert in Jakarta on December 23.

3. RED VELVET

Gen 3 Girl Group from SM Entertainment, RED VELVET also held their 4th world tour titled 'R to V' in 2023. This is their latest concert, after previously holding the 'LA ROUGE' concert in 2019. The 'R to V' concert opened with a concert at the Olympic Park KSPO Dome on April 1-2, 2023.

It is reported that RED VELVET successfully sold 11,562 tickets for the two-day event. After that, RED VELVET held concerts in America, Europe, and Asia, including Indonesia. Returning to greet fans in Indonesia, RED VELVET will also be present at the SMTOWN concert in Jakarta on September 23.

4. LE SSERAFIM

One of HYBE Entertainment's Girl Groups, LE SSERAFIM, is known to be conducting their first concert tour titled 'FLAME RISES' since August 2023. This first concert was held at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium, Seoul. It is known that Jamsil Indoor is the next venue commonly used for holding concerts.

The Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium venue is known to have a capacity of 11,000 spectators. LE SSERAFIM held a concert in Seoul on August 12-13, 2023, and reportedly sold 10,635 audience tickets. In addition to Seoul, this Girl Group held a concert tour in Japan and other Asian countries, including Indonesia. The five members of LE SSERAFIM are ready to greet Indonesian fans on October 3rd.

5. MAMAMOO

MAMAMOO added to the list of Girl Group gen 3 who successfully held a concert in 2022. It is known that MAMAMOO held a world tour concert titled 'MY CON' which opened with a concert in Seoul. The 'MY CON' concert was successfully held at Olympic Park Olympic Hall, Seoul on November 18-20, 2023.

Successfully holding a three-day concert, MAMAMOO reportedly sold 10,441 tickets for the three-day event. It is known that the venue used was an indoor venue with a capacity of 2,500 spectators. After holding a concert in Korea, MAMAMOO continued their world tour concert, they also visited Indonesia on February 5, 2023 for this 'MY CON' concert.

6. (G)I-DLE

(G)I-DLE became the Girl Group gen 4 that is currently holding a world tour concert 'I AM FREE-TY'. This world tour concert is their second concert. The 'I AM FREE-TY' concert was first held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, Seoul and successfully held on June 17-18, 2023. It is known that this venue has a capacity of 11,000 spectators.

It is known that (G)I-DLE sold 9,869 concert tickets for the two-day event. After successfully holding a concert in Seoul, (G)I-DLE continued their world tour to Asia, North America, and Europe. The total number of performances from the 'I AM FEE-TY' concert is 23 shows. Unfortunately, (G)I-DLE couldn't greet Indonesian fans at this concert.

7. GIRLS GENERATION

Aespa becomes the next fourth generation Girl Group, who held their first world tour concert titled 'aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 SYNK: HYPER LINE' in 2023. This concert was first held at Jamsil Arena on February 25-26, 2023. It is known that the aespa concert venue has a capacity of 11,000 seats.

It is known that aespa managed to sell 7,493 tickets for the two-day concert event. In addition to Korea, aespa also embarked on a world tour to Asia, America, and Europe. On June 24, aespa successfully held the 'aespa LIVE TOUR 2023 SYNK: HYPER LINE' concert in Jakarta. However, it is not only once, aespa will come to Indonesia again to hold the SMTOWN family concert in Jakarta on September 23.
