Remastered Music Video of SHINHWA 'Perfect Man' Released!

Kapanlagi.com - Through SM Remastering Project, the remastered music video of SHINHWA - Perfect Man that showcases their powerful performance has been released today, February 3, 2022, through the SMTOWN YouTube channel.

Perfect Man is the title track from SHINHWA's 5th full-length album released in 2002. The song is popular for its unique stage performance, the use of standing mic, and intense music.

Recently, SM Entertainment has created the Music Video Remastering project, which is a project to remake music videos for songs released from the 1990s to the 2000s. As many people already know, SM Entertainment has contributed a lot to the Hallyu wave, so this project aims to showcase the contribution and development of K-Pop music in the early 2000s.

One of the music videos that SM will include in this project is the music video from the boy band SHINHWA - a boy band that debuted in 1998. The selected song is also one of the best songs at that time, namely ONLY ONE.

On November 4, 2021, SM Entertainment announced through a press conference attended by YouTube and CEO of SM Entertainment, as well as representatives of SM Entertainment idols, Giselle and Karina from the group aespa. SM Entertainment CEO revealed that the song Only One by SHINHWA is a very surprising song and music video when it was first released. This is because of the style of the SHINHWA members who were shirtless and wearing denim jeans with a hip-hop retro style, which is currently trending.

He also feels that if the music video is remade or included in the Remastering Project, it will attract people to watch it without feeling like they are studying or seeing something old from the past. Because of this, the SM Entertainment CEO has high hopes for this song.

Giselle reveals that she really likes the song BoA's Atlantis Princess and also ID: Peace B. Both songs are songs that Giselle personally likes.

She also reveals that she likes the song for a reason. The song Atlantis Princess by BoA is a song that she thinks fits her musical taste, and it is one of the songs she prepared for auditions. In addition, she also likes ID: Peace B because one of the members of aespa, Winter, did a cover of the song at an awards show.
