Rumor About HYBE's Involvement with Cult Dahn World, Their Collaboration Makes Many Netizens Shudder

According to an article posted on Nate Pann and reported by Allkpop, Dahn World believes that God and humans are one. They also worship Mago, the goddess of the universe.

For K-Pop lovers, they must be familiar with Mago as the title of a song by the girl group GFRIEND, who used to be part of HYBE. That song was their last single before disbanding.

In addition, the song Mago by GFRIEND is also part of their album titled Walpurgis Night, which is a celebration in Germany in Christian tradition where a fire ritual is performed to ward off witches and evil spirits. Walpurgis Night is held on the night of April 30th until May 1st, which is intentionally chosen as the date of GFRIEND's disbandment.

Netizens then speculated that LE SSERAFIM debuted on May 2nd, 2022, which is one day after the end of Walpurgis Night. Weverse is said to be inspired by WeaversMind, which is an education company believed to be connected to Dahn World. Currently, NewJeans uses Phoning as their communication medium with fans.

Then Minji seems to respond with, 'You say you are Siri?'. In Korean language, the pronunciation of Siri is similar to Shin-i which means God. Rumors speculate that what Minji actually meant was 'So you say you are God?'.
