Sehun EXO Confirmed to Join 'PIRATES 2' After Beating Many Actors, Becoming the Handsome Super Archer

Still remember a few days ago there was news stating that Sehun received an offer to play in the movie PIRATES 2. On Tuesday morning (16/6/2020), there was finally confirmation that Sehun will definitely play in the sequel to the movie PIRATES, which was released in 2014.

A representative from the production team of PIRATES 2 has given a statement regarding Sehun's participation to Sports Seoul. Among the many who auditioned, they felt that Sehun was the most suitable.

"We saw many actors auditioning for this role. We made sure that every character in the movie fits the actor playing it, and among the casting participants, the name Oh Sehun emerged. We are very satisfied with him," said the staff from PIRATES 2.

1. Sehun's Role

Sehun will play one of the main characters who has an important role in the movie PIRATES 2. The character he plays is described as a handsome and noble pirate who is skilled in archery.

As the youngest member of EXO, he is also said to be attending action school and undergoing several trainings before starting filming. It's understandable since this is his first time acting in a pirate film and on the big screen.

2. Other Cast Members

Other cast members in this film include Kang Ha Neul, Han Hyo Joo, Kwon Sang Woo, Lee Kwang Soo, and Chae Soo Bi. Filming itself will begin in July, according to previous reports.
