'SQUID GAME SEASON 2' Finally Confirmed to Air December 26, 2024

Kapanlagi.com - Netflix announced that the second season of the Korean series SQUID GAME will start airing on December 26, 2024, and its final season will air in 2025. This news was conveyed to fans worldwide through a letter from the director, writer, and executive producer of SQUID GAME, Hwang Dong Hyuk.

"It has been almost three years since season 1 received an amazing response from around the world and many unimaginable events have occurred. I am so excited to write this letter to announce the release date for Season 2 and to convey the news that there will be a Season 3, which will be the last season," wrote director Hwang Dong Hyuk at the beginning of his letter.

He also added, "On the first day of the start of Season 2, what crosses my mind is. 'Wow, I can't believe I'm back in the world of SQUID GAME.' It feels like a dream. I wonder what you feel when you return to the world of SQUID GAME as well after three years."

Three years after winning SQUID GAME, Player 456 remains determined to find the people behind the game and put an end to the brutal game.
