Kapanlagi.com - NET is making a breakthrough by strengthening its Korean shows for Indonesian television viewers in early November 2021. The special reality travel program, a collaboration between NET and South Korean television SBS, is bringing its latest episode in "Good Friends Season 2" starting from November 6, 2021, every Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 AM.
In addition, NET is also starting off November with two new flagship dramas starting from November 1, 2021, every day. The dramas are "Beautiful Gong Shim" at 4:45 PM and "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim" at 6:00 PM.
According to Yeni Anshar (Director of Programming at NET), the presence of these three new flagship programs with a Korean touch on NET's screen certainly strengthens NET's consistency as the home of dramas for its fans.
"The success of the special show Good Friends in the first season is one of the reasons why NET is expanding its collaboration with SBS TV Korea through Good Friends Season 2. This show presents a reality travel program with the backdrop of cultural friendship between young Indonesians and Koreans, inviting NET viewers to enjoy various interesting locations in Korea and get a closer look at the recent global development of K-Pop. Hopefully, this program can inspire viewers and performing arts and entertainment enthusiasts to be more competitive on the world stage," explained Yeni Anshar.
The program "Good Friends Season 2" brings some interesting adjustments to respond to the enthusiasm of its fans in the previous season. The program will consistently invite viewers along with several intriguing figures from Indonesia and South Korea to embark on adventures visiting interesting and exotic locations in South Korea. The journey of the young people from both countries also brings new understanding about the two friendly cultures. Several new figures from Indonesia are also presented to refresh the show through various challenges, games, and popular cultural visits.

The "Good Friends" figures in the first season who will continue their adventures in the second season are Rafael Tan (Member of SMASH Boyband) and Jang Hansol (YouTuber). Then the successful Indonesian singer in the K-Pop stage, Dita Karang (Member of Secret Number K-Pop Girlband), is now part of the "Good Friends" journey of friendship where previously Dita had appeared as a guest star in the first season of "Good Friends".
The three of them will be reunited with interesting new figures that appear in this second season, namely: celebrities Yuki Kato, Amel Carla, and young actor Ajil Dito.
The "Good Friends" friendship brings together young people from Indonesia and South Korea to visit a number of beautiful panoramas in South Korea, even penetrating behind the scenes of several K-Pop stars there.
"The program brings various aspects of cultural exchange in a friendship between two countries. The Good Friends figures will also visit places that are rarely visited by foreign tourists, which apparently also have extraordinary attractions. In addition to "Good Friends Season 2", the beautiful faces of South Korea are also presented by NET through two of its latest hit dramas. One of them is the drama "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim" which tells the story of Kim Mi So (Park Min Young), a personal secretary who has been working for 9 years with the director of Yuil Group, Lee Young Joon (Park Seo Joon). Young Joon is a narcissistic, talented, and handsome man who is always assisted by his personal secretary who is always ready to meet his needs. However, Mi So suddenly resigns. Upon hearing the news, Young Joon is shocked and tries to find a way to make Mi So change her mind. Thanks to the drama "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim", Park Min Young has won several awards, including Best Actress of the Year at the 14th Annual Soompi Awards 2019 and the K-Star Award, Actress at the 6th APAN Star Awards 2018. Meanwhile, Park Seo Jeon has won the Top Excellence Award, Actor in a Miniseries at the 6th APAN Star Awards 2018. Another title that will be available on NET in early November is the drama "Beautiful Gong Shim" which tells the story of a romantic drama between Gong Mi (Seo Hyo Rim) and Gong Shim (Bang Min Ah), who are close to two handsome men named Ahn Dan Tae (Nam Goong Min) and Seok Jun Su (On Joo Wan). Gong Mi has everything, including talent and a beautiful face. While Gong Shim is the opposite of Gong Mi, she has a warm heart. Suddenly, Ahn Dan Tae and Seok Jun Su come into their lives. Ahn Dan Tae lives in the same apartment on the top floor with Gong Mi and Gong Shim. Meanwhile, Seok Jun Su is handsome and comes from a wealthy family.
"Beautiful Gong Shim" is starred by actors whose acting abilities are unquestionable. Thanks to this romantic comedy drama, some actors and actresses have successfully brought home awards from the SBS Drama Awards 2016.
