KILL BOKSOON is a South Korean film in the action-thriller genre. This film is directed by Byun Sung Hyun, a director who has also directed other South Korean films such as THE MERCILESS (2017), MY P.S. PARTNER (2012), KINGMAKER (2022), and BEAT GOES ON (2022).

KILL BOKSOON tells the story of a single parent named Gil Bok Soon (Jeon Do-Yeon) who works as a hitman. She works at MK. Ent, a business run by Cha Min Kyu (Sol Kyung Gu), the person who trained Bok Soon to become a killer.

Bok Soon is known as a skilled assassin because she has a 100% success rate in carrying out her missions. However, conflicts arise when this single mother renews her contract with MK. Ent. From here, Bok Soon will find out that Cha Min Kyu is actually dangerous to her.

• Gil Bok Soon (Jeon Do Yeon)
Bok Soon is a skilled killer who is famous for her success in carrying out each assassination mission. Bok Soon's expertise has earned her the nickname "Kill Bok Soon".

For Jeon Do Yeon, the film KILL BOKSOON is her debut action film. This 50-year-old actress is the first South Korean actress to win the Best Actress Award at the 60th Cannes Film Festival and the 1st Asia Pacific Screen Awards for her role in the film SECRET SUNSHINE (2007).

• Cha Min Kyu (Sol Kyung Gu)
In the film KILL BOK SOON, Sol Kyung Gu plays Cha Min Kyu, who is the CEO of MK.ENT. He is Bok Soon's mentor, but his true character emerges when Bok Soon begins to realize that Cha Min Kyu is dangerous.

Sol Kyung Gu, born in 1967, is also a graduate of Hanyang University. Sol Kyung Gu has appeared in more feature films than TV dramas. KILL BOKSOON is his third collaboration with director Byun Sung Hyun, after previously working together on the films KINGMAKER and MERCILESS.

• Cha Min Hee (Esom)
Cha Min Hee, played by Esom, is Cha Min Kyu's sister and also the director of MK. ENT.It is told that Min Hee loves her sister very much, but her sister often defends and supports Bok Soon. This is what makes Min Hee annoyed and more cautious towards Bok Soon.

Esom, whose real name is Lee So Young, is a 33-year-old actress known for her role as a prosecutor in the drama-thriller series TAXI DRIVER. • Han Hee Seong (Koo Kyo Hwan)
Han Hee Seong, played by Koo Kyo Hwan, is also a killer in MK.ENT. Han Hee Seong is someone who wants recognition in the murder industry he is involved in.

Kim Si-a herself is an actress born on May 6, 2008. She started her career as an actress in 2018 in a film titled MISS BAEK. Thanks to her role in the film, Si-a managed to win awards in two events, namely the 3rd Sharm El Sheikh Asia Film Festival for the Best Actress Award category and the 39th Golden Cinematography Awards for the Best Child Actor category.
