RM purchased a condominium measuring 284.21 m² along with an exclusive land worth 4.9 trillion won (approximately Rp. 59 trillion) without using a credit card, but rather paying in cash. This proves that BTS's leader can easily spend such a large amount of money.

As reported by Soompi, one of the local residents revealed the personalities of BTS members when they visited the complex. He admitted that the BTS members treated other residents very kindly.

"Last year, I saw BTS at a restaurant, they greeted the residents here with a smile. Even though they are famous celebrities, they seemed polite and friendly," said the resident of Hannam The Hill.

2. Following Jin's Footsteps

RM is the second BTS member to purchase a unit in Hannam The Hill. Previously, Jin bought a unit of similar size for 4.3 trillion won (approximately Rp. 51 trillion).

Jin bought an apartment measuring 206.21 m² after selling his old apartment unit. The old apartment, which is also located in the Hannam The Hill complex, was sold for 2 trillion won (approximately Rp. 24 trillion).
