Kai admitted that during his rookie idol days, he was very proud to be accepted by SM Entertainment. While walking with his mother, this January-born idol was not shy to dance in public.

"I danced a lot while walking, and eventually I practiced without realizing it. Right after my debut, I went to Myeongdong with my mother, and it was our first date in a long time. There were a lot of people there, but without realizing it, I kept dancing while walking with her," said Kai.

2. Embarrassing His Mother

Furthermore, Kai's mother, who couldn't stand his antics, immediately distanced herself out of embarrassment.

"So my mother told me to stop dancing because I embarrassed her, and she ended up distancing herself from me," he added.
