Terms and Conditions of the 'AWESOME LIVE with Samsung Galaxy A Series Exclusive Blackpink Fan Meeting' Event

Kapanlagi.com - Annyeong BLINK! Who's excited to meet Jennie and the others? Yes, BLACKPINK is scheduled to hold a fan sign and fan meet event titled AWESOME LIVE with Samsung Galaxy A Series Exclusive Blackpink Fan Meeting on January 14, 2020.

A while ago, Kapanlagi.com and Samsung held an exciting event with fan meet and fan sign invitations for BLACKPINK. A total of 120 lucky people have been announced to have the opportunity to meet this idol group from YG Entertainment.

Just like any other event, before meeting Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose, there are a few things that BLINKs should pay attention to. Starting from when the registration opens to important rules that you must follow during the event. To avoid confusion, check out the information here.

1. Registration Time

Previously, you must have received your respective QR codes. When you are at the location, you will need to scan the barcode to get the entry bracelet. Participants are expected to bring their identification cards as there will be a procedure for identity verification.
- Indonesian Citizens: ID Card, Driver's License, Passport
- Foreign Citizens: Passport, Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS)

Registration starts at 16:00 WIB at Tennis Indoor Senayan. This time applies to those who received invitations for the Fan Meeting (Pink QR Code) and Fan Signing (Orange QR Code). The entrance gate will be opened at 17:00 WIB. The gate will be opened before 17:00 WIB for fan signing participants.

Inside the venue, participants will be assigned numbered seats. The seating arrangement is determined based on the registration at the location. Make sure to come according to the registration schedule. Because the early bird gets the front seat! And for BLINKs who received invitations for BLACKPINK's fan signing, don't forget to bring your album. The organizer will only provide pens at the venue.

2. Prohibited Items

1. It is not allowed to bring outside food and drinks.
Bottles, cans, compressed gas sprays, cooking utensils, camping equipment, knives, scissors, fireworks, glasses, toy weapons such as guns and knives, batons, long umbrellas, pipes, walking sticks, bamboo swords, flagpoles, etc.
2. Remote-controlled devices (including drones), strollers, bicycles, skateboards, all electric-powered personal mobility devices, hard-throwing objects (baseballs, soccer balls, basketballs, boomerangs, discs), etc.
3. Psychotropic drugs or any other drugs prohibited by law.
4. Flashlights or lasers that can cause disturbance to the stage.
5. Items considered hygienically dangerous or dangerous to the environment.
6. Items considered dangerous by the operational staff at the location and security personnel even if they are not on the list of prohibited items.
7. It is prohibited to bring professional cameras.
8. It is not allowed to bring gifts for BLACKPINK personnel (there is no booth to give gifts).

The procedure for checking belongings will be conducted before participants enter the venue to prevent prohibited items from entering the event area. The organizer will also not provide storage space or store prohibited items. If prohibited items are found during the event, participants may be forced to leave the venue and will not receive financial compensation.

3. Food Truck Area Available

Participants are not allowed to bring outside food and drinks into the event venue. So what should you do if you get hungry or thirsty? Don't worry, BLINK, because there is a food truck area that you can visit.

But there's something you need to pay attention to, the payment method at the food truck area can only be done using Samsung Pay through the DANA application. Other payment methods such as credit/debit cards and cash are not allowed.
