The Excitement of KapanLagi Korea Festival 2023 in Bandung, Chatting with Kimbab Family - Karaoke with Friday Noraebang

Kapanlagi.com - After successfully shaking Surabaya, KapanLagi Korea Festival (KLKF) is now in Bandung, specifically at Cihampelas Walk, on Saturday (14/10/2023). The event started at 15.00 WIB, but since 14.00 WIB, visitors have been seen waiting for the event to open.

KLKF 2023 Bandung is enlivened by Kimbab Family and Friday Noraebang. This event is open to the public and free of charge. However, only 100 people have the opportunity to get freebies and 20 of them can play games with Hansol through registration.

This event is super fun and lively. Many interesting things happened. For those of you who missed it, here are some memorable moments that were presented during the KLKF 2023 Bandung event..

1. Food Booths, Fanbase Booths, and Photo Box

Visitors of KLKF 2023 Bandung were not only treated to performances by guest stars, but also a series of food booths, fanbase booths, and Photo Box. Feeling hungry in the middle of the event? Visitors can directly go to the Mie Sedaap booth. Or if they want to take fun photos with their besties or partners, they can try the free Photo Box.

Meanwhile, there are several fanbase booths presented by Carat, EXO-L, Stay, MY, NCTzen, Treasuremaker, and Bunnies Bandung, each offering various merchandise from the idols.

2. Dance Cover Competition

The clock showed exactly 15:00 WIB, the appointed duo hosts; Jeffrey and Debby, immediately greeted the visitors who were already flooding the venue. They then announced the first event, which was the Dance Cover Competition participated by 10 groups.

In each performance, the dancers received immediate judgment and comments from the present judges. Extraordinarily energetic and enthusiastic performances were presented by each participant.

In the end, the Avengers dance group emerged as the first champion due to their super compact and epic performance. They were entitled to bring home a prize of Rp 2 million. Meanwhile, there were also prizes for the second, third, and Favorite champions.

3. Rain Doesn't Reduce Audience Enthusiasm

In the midst of the Dance Cover Competition session, rain briefly fell although not too heavy. However, that didn't diminish the enthusiasm of the audience at all. They were willing to stay in their respective positions to wait for the appearance of their idols.

Fortunately, the rain didn't last long. Several minutes later, the weather in Bandung became sunny with a few clouds. The party continued without any obstacles.

4. Talk Show with Kimbab Family

At around 18:30, the long-awaited main star, Kimbab Family, appeared on stage, greeted by enthusiastic cheers from their fans. On this occasion, Kimbab Family appeared with their complete members, namely Mama Gina, Appa Jay, and their three children: Yeon Suji, Yeon Yunji, and Jio.

On this occasion, Kimbab Family presented several sessions. After greeting the visitors and having a friendly conversation with the MC, the five of them sat in a row to carry out a talk show session.

Here, Mama Gina and her family received several questions from the two MCs. They answered questions about their first meeting, love story, favorite food, and many other things.

"Hello Bandung! Tonight, I came here just to attend the KapanLagi Korea Festival event and meet all of you!" greeted Mama Gina.

On several occasions, the audience was distracted by the adorable actions of Suji, Yunji, and Jio, who kept waving their hands towards the audience. Meanwhile, their parents were seriously answering the MCs' questions.

5. Fun Games with Kimbab Family

So out of 100 lucky viewers who received freebies, 20 of them had the opportunity to play fun games with Kimbab Family. From there, the first game session started, which was a knowledge test about the Kimbab Family.

10 people who successfully answered the questions correctly advanced to the next round. Here, they were invited to go on stage and play the next game: Guess the Picture.

These 10 lucky people were divided into two teams. They were tested on their knowledge through pieces of K-Pop idol images displayed on the screen.

The winning team of this competition received an E-Wallet Voucher prize worth Rp 500,000, while the losing team still received a prize worth Rp 100,000.

6. Selfie with Kimbab Family

After the game session, Kimbab Family's time on stage has ended. But before coming down from the stage, Appa Jay and his family invited the audience to take selfies together.

Once again, the adorable actions of Suji, Yunji, and Jio made the visitors extremely excited. The farewell with the family, who has 2.6 million subscribers on YouTube, couldn't be avoided any longer.

7. Jumping and Dancing Together with Friday Noraebang

The last session, precisely at 19:50 WIB, was an epic singing session with Friday Noraebang. Some of the audience who were previously sitting immediately stood up and jumped and danced together when Firday Noraebang started their performance.

Instantly, the floor of Ciwalk also vibrated because the audience didn't stop singing and dancing along to a series of hit K-Pop songs from Red Velvet, New Jeans, EXO, Blackpink, Stray Kids, IVE, Jungkook, Girls Generation, Enhypen, BTS, 2NE1, BigBang, NCT127, DAY6, and closed with a song from Seventeen titled Aju Nice.

Even to the point of being carried away by the atmosphere, the audience seemed reluctant to part with Friday Noraebang. They kept shouting for an encore in such a united and loud manner. Unfortunately, the time was approaching 21:00 WIB, which meant the event had to end, following Ciwalk's regulations.

8. Visitors Don't Want to Go Home

Although the event has ended, several visitors still seem reluctant to go home. They choose to gather with fellow fandom members of their respective idols.

Some even appear with large banners featuring their bias' images. Apparently, KLKF 2023 Bandung makes them unable to move on.

"The event was really exciting, seriously! Hopefully, there will be more in the future. Thank you KapanLagi Korea!" expressed one fandom enthusiast.
