In December 2018, a trending post on a forum titled 'an idol who harassed fans and dated a fansite admin'.

After that, Kwangjin's name was suspected of committing sexual harassment towards fans during a fansigning. He was also rumored to be dating a fansite admin since his debut.

FNC, its agency at the time, initially denied allegations of sexual harassment towards fans. But later, Kwangin admitted that there was interaction with fans outside of the schedule and voluntarily left N.Flying.

Kwangjin then became a streamer on AfreecaTV. He also left FNC Entertainment and in September 2019 enlisted in the navy for mandatory military service.

Four years later, Kwangjin became a guest on a podcast discussing his past 'scandal'. He admitted that he did date a fan back then because the fan was very beautiful, and now they are married.

Regarding the allegations of sexual harassment, he denied them. According to Kwangjin, those rumors were spread by other fans who were close to his girlfriend at the time.

Kwon Kwangjin himself has become a Youtuber who often discusses the navy. He already has more than 100 thousand subscribers.
