"When depression comes, at first glance we may seem fine, but it can come at any time unexpectedly. I understand very well what you're going through, because I have experienced it myself."

3. Depression is Not Embarrassing

Beomgyu then explained to the MOA, so they don't need to be ashamed of that condition. He even suggested that the fan discuss it more seriously with their parents, as they are the closest people to them.

"I would be very happy if I could be a place for you to confide in or if I could help MOA, but I also suggest that you should also discuss the difficulties you are experiencing with your parents," Beomgyu said.

Beomgyu then added, "Never think that depression is embarrassing, because it is not your fault or desire. That condition can make you worse, so discuss it more seriously with your closest people, like your parents.
