Ji Chang Wook is known for his impressive bad boy acting, and in this drama, he is considered perfect in portraying the role of a weather forecaster on Jeju Island. This drama is Ji Chang Wook's latest drama after his previous drama titled THE WORST OF EVIL, which recently ended. Jo Yong Pil, played by Ji Chang Wook, plays a highly intelligent weather forecaster in the Meteorological Department of Madi. No one else knows the weather there as well as Jo Young Pil.

The reason he chose this job is because Jo Young Pil wants to protect the Samdalri community, his hometown on Jeju Island, which is like family to him. Therefore, he is very diligent in predicting the weather to achieve the highest accuracy possible.

Another reason is because of the feelings between Jo Young Pil and Jo Sam Dal, he also wants to protect his childhood friend.

Jo Young Pil still lives in his hometown, unlike Jo Sam Dal who moved to Seoul and became a famous photographer. As time goes by, Jo Sam Dal gets caught up in a serious incident and is forced to return to Samdalri.
