Various Exciting Surprises Presented in the First Episode of Chuang 2020 Talent Search Event

Kapanlagi.com - The talent search event from China, CHUANG 2020, has finally been officially held. The first episode was aired in early May and received very positive response from the viewers. In its first episode, there were 101 trainees who performed for the first time on stage to undergo preliminary tests. Huang Zitao, who is a former member of the boyband EXO, even made a 'harsh' statement. According to him, the stage performance is very cruel. Meaning, all trainees must show their best abilities if they want to survive in that competition.

"The stage is very cruel. If you can do it, you stay here, if you can't, you leave," said Huang Zitao.

Former EXO member's action aims to show his respect and admiration for the stage world, as well as to show the audience the standards and expectations for trainees.

2. Trainee Competition in the Battle for the First Lineup

The trainees show exceptional talent and skills on stage. Surprises happened in two rounds of individual competitions for the best dancers and vocalists. For the battle for the best dancer position, attention was stolen by the scorpion dance performed by Ao Xinyi.

Meanwhile, surprises also occurred in the battle for the best vocalist position. The performances of Liu Xiening and Nene singing Lewis Capaldi's 'Someone You Loved' caught the attention of the audience and mentors. Both of them delivered epic improvisations through their strong vocal characters.

The same thing happened in the battle for the best team. Some groups stood out, such as Five Poison, who showcased classical dance with graceful movements. There was also the Internet Job Search Team, dancing and singing passionately to 'I Want to Be Beautiful'. Trainees from bench players also caught attention, such as SNH48 group dance, skilled dance by Zhang Yifan, guitar singing by Joyce Chu, and performance by Shouting Culture band.
