Kapanlagi.com - Shocking news comes from girl group VIVIZ who have officially ended their exclusive contract with BPM Entertainment. An official announcement from VIVIZ’s legal representative explained that the loss of trust was the main reason.
Meanwhile, VIVIZ's contract itself ended on March 4, 2026. However, this girl group officially announced it to the public on April 8, 2026, through their legal representative.
Furthermore, the termination of this contract was triggered by a series of serious alleged violations by the agency, including payment issues and lack of management support. According to Allkpop, the girl group VIVIZ, consisting of Eunha, SinB, and Umji, has officially ended their exclusive contract with BPM Entertainment. This announcement was made by VIVIZ's legal representative on April 8, 2026, although the contract had actually ended on March 4, 2026.
This decision marks a new chapter for the three idols after their long journey under the agency. Additionally, VIVIZ's journey with BPM Entertainment began with the signing of the contract on October 6, 2021, until the contract renewal in August 2024. However, issues began to arise in November 2025.
“The artists, namely Eunha, SinB, and Umji (collectively referred to as 'the artists'), through their legal counsel at Shinwon Law Firm, hereby confirm the termination of their exclusive contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment,” wrote the official statement from VIVIZ's legal representative.
In its report, one of the main reasons behind VIVIZ's decision to terminate the contract was the violation of payment obligations by the agency. Since November 2025, BPM Entertainment has reportedly been late in making payments and there has been no follow-up despite repeated inquiries. Furthermore, this situation has also affected the people around them.
"This decision was made due to the violation of payment obligations by the agency, failure to provide management support, and the loss of trust that resulted," they added.

In addition to financial issues, the agency was also deemed to have failed to provide adequate management support for the group's activities. The unilateral cancellation of the new album release (EP06) and the fan meeting event in January 2026 serves as clear evidence of this lack of support. The delay in payments has also impacted the supporting staff who have to bear their own costs.
The breakdown of trust between VIVIZ and BPM Entertainment became the main factor that could no longer be repaired. The agency was considered to have lost the will and ability to support the members' careers, thus damaging their sense of trust. As a result, VIVIZ informed the agency about the termination of their contract.

Although the contract ended on March 4, 2026, VIVIZ showed professionalism by completing all scheduled commitments until the end of March. This was done as a form of responsibility and gratitude to the fans.
VIVIZ was formed by BPM Entertainment in October 2021. The members, Eunha, SinB, and Umji, joined after the disbandment of GFriend. They officially debuted on February 9, 2022, with the mini album Beam of Prism and managed to win their first music award a week after their debut. In August 2024, the three members of VIVIZ even renewed their contracts with BPM Entertainment. Most recently, that contract officially ended in early March 2026.

Additionally, the agency BPM Entertainment has reportedly been facing a series of management issues that have led to several of its artists leaving. The head of the agency is under investigation for alleged fraud and a financial crisis that has caused delays in payments for its artists, including VIVIZ.
