Want X1 to Debut Again, Hundreds of Fans Demonstrate in Front of CJ ENM Building

X1 itself has been involved in controversy since their debut. This is due to legal issues related to alleged bribery that occurred behind the scenes of the Produce X 101 and Produce Series shows.

Several days after the disbandment, now the fans are not staying silent. Yup, they have decided to demonstrate and ask for X1 to be re-debuted.

On Wednesday (22/1) yesterday, more than 800 fans held a demonstration in the hope that X1 could be debuted again. They carried out the activity in front of the CJ ENM building located in Mago-pu, Seoul.

"We condemn CJ ENM for avoiding their responsibility regarding X1. CJ ENM continues their K-pop business activities when they have not yet paid for the damage they caused to X1, the victims of their own manipulative controversy. We cannot stand by and let CJ ENM call themselves a leader in K-pop and Hallyu when they fail to take responsibility for the disbandment of X1," expressed one fan.

Not only did they hold a demonstration, but fans also actively protested on social media. Many of those who couldn't attend the demonstration joined in the hashtags #BringBackNewX1 and #CJTakeTheResponsibility on Twitter.

In addition, many fans rented trucks and advertising buses in the hope that X1 would not be disbanded and could be debuted again.
