Not alone, this Korean National MC will be joined by Lee Kwang Soo and Kwon Yuri in a mission. The three of them will encounter various unexpected situations for 4 non-stop hours! This is the first time for Kwang Soo to be involved in a survival game show after leaving Running Man. His presence in THE ZONE: Survival Mission will remind us of the variety show he starred in for over 10 years.
In the press conference held on September 6, besides Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo and Kwon Yuri, it was also attended by PD Jo Hyo Jin and PD Kim Dong Jin who also successfully made the shows X-Men and Running Man.
According to Yoo Jae Suk, even though he has appeared in many reality shows, for him THE ZONE: Survival Mission is a new show that he has never encountered before. How they have to survive for a mission within 4 hours is what finally made him want to join.
Although he has left Running Man, it turns out that it doesn't stop Kwang Soo from meeting Jae Suk again. In THE ZONE: Survival Mission, they do meet again after Kwangsoo left Running Man, but apparently outside of that, he still regularly contacts Jae Suk. This is what makes their chemistry still strong.
Although Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Kwang Soo have been together for more than 10 years in a variety show, it doesn't mean it's difficult for Yuri to blend in with them. Yuri actually proves how the chemistry between her and them is just right.
