Yulhee Finally Sues Choi Minhwan, Custody and Child Support Become Highlights

Yulhee, a former member of LABOUM, has filed a lawsuit regarding child custody, support, and property division against her ex-husband, Choi Minhwan from FT Island. The lawsuit was filed on November 4 at the Seoul Family Court, a year after their divorce was finalized without custody and property division.

In a post on her personal YouTube channel, 'Yulhee's House,' Yulhee revealed that she had known what Choi Minhwan was doing a year before their divorce. She also shared a transcript of a phone conversation between Minhwan and a colleague as additional evidence.

Yulhee explained that when the topic of divorce came up, Choi Minhwan initially said he would take custody of the children.

However, Yulhee revealed that "the money offered (by Choi Minhwan) is 50 million won."

She also added, "The money he can give me while looking for a house or during the divorce is 50 million won," which made her feel realistic that the support she could get would only be around 2 million won per month for the children.

For this reason, Yulhee decided to give custody of the children to Minhwan and not accept support at first.

Yulhee and Minhwan got married in 2018 and have three children, but they divorced last December.
