11 Years Vacant from the World of Singing, Oik Ramadhani Launches Single 'Rindu'

Kapanlagi.com - It has been 11 years since the singer from Idola Cilik season 2, Oik Ramadhani, took a hiatus from the world of singing. Now, Oik has grown into a beautiful girl and has decided to sing again by releasing a single titled Rindu.

One of the reasons why Oik did not release any work is because she wanted to focus on her education. Therefore, when she graduated from college, Oik started her career in the world of singing again.

"Today, Alhamdulillah, I am launching my first single. I have been wanting to release it for a long time because, during the 11-year hiatus, I focused on my studies. I am very happy that many people came and fans supported me," said Oik Ramadhani when met in Tebet, South Jakarta, on Friday (7/8).

1. Missing Everything

As the title suggests, Oik wants to express his longing for everything. Starting from wanting to sing again, to missing his parents. Understandably, Oik, who is studying at Sahid Jakarta University, is separated from his parents by distance.

"This could be my expression of longing when I was studying here in Jakarta, while my mom and dad were in Salatiga. This song can also be universal for anyone, because longing can be felt by anyone," said Oik.

2. Cure the Longing

Certainly, with the release of this single, Oik hopes that music lovers in the country and also his fans since he was a child singer will like his latest work.

"I hope everyone likes it and can also cure the longing of Oik Lovers wherever they are, because this song can be a conveyance of longing for everyone," Oik concluded with a smile.
