Band Trash Metal Tremor Tries New Pattern in Third Album 'EVOLUSI LOGIKA'

Kapanlagi.com - Jakarta-based heavy metal band, Tremor, revives the dying embers of Underground music during this pandemic. The band, formed in 2007, introduces their latest album titled EVOLUSI LOGIKA.

Staying true to their trash metal genre, EVOLUSI LOKGIKA tells the story of human mindset and life choices, all of which come with consequences. Vocalist Iik also gives a little sneak peek about their new album.

"The message is to not make the wrong choices in life because everything has consequences," explained Iik during the album launch held at Hollywings, Kemang, South Jakarta on Tuesday (16/3), yesterday.

Tremor itself tries a new concoction in the album EVOLUSI LOGIKA. Iik CS gives a modern arrangement touch to keep up with the movement of the music industry and market taste.

"We want to be different from the existing trash metal pattern, that's why we are selective in choosing songs and arranging them, so that there is a modern nuance, not just the same old thing," added Rino the guitarist.

2. Collaborating with 3 Senior Musicians

Another interesting fact, Tremor collaborates with 3 senior musicians for their new album. They are Eet Sjahranie, Trison Manurung, and Pay Burman. Their presence is sure to add tremendous energy to Tremor's third album.

"Tremor is musically very good, the sound is also great, so there is nothing I need to comment on. Now, when it comes to maintaining togetherness, there are always problems, here we often stumble upon issues, as time goes by there are disagreements among each personnel. Actually, this is a classic problem. The solution depends on each band," explained Eet.

So far, Tremor, consisting of Iik (Vocal & Guitar), Rino (Lead Guitar & Backing Vocal), Dikdik (Bass), Fikhal (Drum), has released 2 albums, namely AWAL KEBANGKITAN in 2016 and the album PENGUASA in 2018. Meanwhile, EVOLUSI LOGIKA is Tremor's 3rd album.
