Kapanlagi.com - Talented young singer, Audi Kirana, releases her latest single titled "Great Like You". This is the second song released by Audi after the success of her previous single, "Perfect".
Similar to her previous song, Audi Kirana still chooses to carry the rock genre in this latest single.
Audi Kirana, who is the daughter of presenter Feni Rose, revealed that the song "Great Like You" is written from personal experience.
"This second song is about the desire to be great like idols. But you can't live their path, you have to find your own way," Audi said at the Kapanlagi Youniverse office on Monday (25/9/2023).
"All of my songs always have personal experiences," Audi added.

Interestingly, Audi always creates songs based on his personal experiences. This makes his music more personal and relatable to the listeners.
"I want to write songs that are always about my own experiences, it's easier that way. But I also feel like I'm not the only one who goes through them," he said.
Audi also shared some information about the recording process of the song "Great Like You". He revealed that the recording process of this song is similar to the previous song, "Perfect".
Because both songs were recorded on the same day. This shows that thorough preparation had been done beforehand.
"The recording process of this song is the same as Perfect. Because I recorded both songs on the same day. It's like everything was prepared," he said.

Audi also added music elements such as guitar and drums during the recording process, giving a special touch to the song.
What's interesting is that the song "Great Like You" was actually written by Audi before and initially released for a school project.
"And there are also some guitars and drums there, as special additions. This song was actually written by me before and initially released for my school project," he said.
"So the recording process was done simply using my own laptop," he added.

Audi has also prepared several new works. After releasing two singles, "Perfect" and "Great Like You", Audi will release a mini album.
"For the mini album, there are three more songs, two more haven't been recorded, still in the workshop, one more hasn't been touched. So, two songs will be recorded, one is a rock and Indonesian language song. The other one is rock but more ballad," Audi concluded.
