Selagu Lagi Festival was held in the city of Malang, specifically at Rampal Field on Saturday (25/5/2024) yesterday. As information, Malang is the first city on the Selagu Lagi Festival roadshow list. Presenting a list of guest stars with different genres, Selagu Lagi Festival truly provides a unique concert experience. The open gate started at 14.00 WIB with extraordinary enthusiasm from the audience. This event offers 2 different types of tickets, namely Festival and VIP.

The event organized by FEST ID is expected to attract 10,000 spectators in Malang. "Our target is 10,000 spectators and this is already extraordinary. The interest of the audience in Malang is indeed huge," said Mario Napindo, a representative of the FEST ID holding team, on Sunday (26.5/2024). In addition to music performances, Selagu Lagi Festival also provides culinary bazaars, 360° photobooth, and other attractive offers.

In this grand event, Selagu Lagi Festival has invited a total of 10 nationally renowned musicians to liven up the event. The event was opened with an energetic performance by Kiki Syarah and DJ Ariout, followed by several other famous guest stars. Like Iksan Skuter, Masdddho, Sal Priadi, Rony Parulian, Kangen Band, The Changcuters, Guyon Waton, and ended with an exciting performance by Feel Koplo.

1. Masdddho Performs His Latest Song 'Nganggur'

Just released his latest single titled Nganggur on May 13, 2024, Masdddho performed his new song for the first time at Selagu Lagi Festival Malang. With tremendous enthusiasm, fans collectively shouted the title of the song Kisinan 2 to the handsome singer. Wearing a white t-shirt and cargo pants, Masdddho delivered an energetic performance and successfully made the audience go wild.

The musician from East Java performed several of his popular songs such as Kisinan 2, Wirang, Pingal, and Nganggur. With his distinctive voice, Masdddho managed to mesmerize his fans.

2. Sal Priadi Sings the Song 'Dari Planet Lain' in French

Singer and actor from Malang, Salmantyo Ashrizky Priadi or commonly known as Sal Priadi, also participated in the Selagu Lagi Festival. On that occasion, Sal Priadi performed several songs from the album MARKERS AND SUCH PENS FLASHDISK, including Kita Usahakan Rumah Itu, Mesra-mesraannya Kecil-kecilan Dulu, Ya Sudah, and Ada Titik-titik di Ujung Doa.

Furthermore, Sal Priadi and his two backing vocalists also sang the chorus of the song Dari Planet Lain in French. Successfully delivering a perfect performance, Sal Priadi expressed his happiness to be able to perform in his hometown. "Always happy to return to Malang. Always special in my hometown," said Sal Priadi.

3. The Presence of Rony Parulian Causes a Stir Among the Audience

Rony Parulian became one of the highly anticipated guest stars by his fans at the Selagu Lagi Festival yesterday. This Indonesian Idol season 12 finalist has become an idol for many people thanks to his husky voice and handsome looks. Not only that, Rony Parulian was directly approached by his official fanbase, who are known as We Are One. In fact, many fans came from outside the island of Java to attend the Selagu Lagi Festival just to meet Rony Parulian.

On that night, Rony Parulian performed several songs such as 'Mengapa', 'Separuh Nafas', 'Sepenuh Hati', 'Terbang', and 'Seperti yang Kau Minta'. With his energetic performance and wearing a sleeveless shirt, Rony Parulian successfully made fans go hysterical.

4. Nostalgia with Kangen Band

Want to reminisce with the hit songs performed by Kangen Band, especially music enthusiasts in the 2000s era, show their enthusiasm when watching Andhika CS's performance. Their fame seems to be timeless, Kangen Band's performance at the Selagu Lagi Festival is said to be able to heal the longing of 2000s children in the past love stories.

Kangen Band performed several popular songs between 2008-2011. These songs include Jangan Bertengkar Lagi, Yolanda, Kembali Pulang, Terbang Bersamaku, and many more.

5. The Changcuters Give an Extraordinary Stage Act

The Changcuters truly embody the definition of 'legends never die' as they rocked the stage at the Selagu Lagi Festival in Malang. The performance of this band, which has been active since 2004, deserves applause. When the Changcuters' opening was taking place, the audience cheered loudly to welcome Tria CS. At that moment, the Changcuters successfully performed their masterpieces such as Racun Dunia, Gila-gilaan, I Love U Bibeh, and Hijrah Ke London.

Their energy seemed to never run out, as Tria and his friends delivered an extraordinary stage act. Despite feeling uncomfortable, the members of the Changcuters remained dedicated when singing all the songs. The Changcuters' performance ended with a very enthusiastic applause from the audience.

6. Guyon Waton Vocalist Receives Flower Bouquet From Fans

Guyon Waton became a guest star at the Selagu Lagi Festival which performed in the 8th position. Although performing at night, this did not hinder the fans from dancing along with Guyon Waton. That night, the audience was successfully made emotional with Guyon Waton's sad songs like Kok Iso Yo, Wirang, Pamer Bojo, and Sanes.

In this event, there was a unique moment that successfully made many people feel emotional. Known for his soft voice, Guyon Waton's vocalist received a flower bouquet from his fans. "Is that flower for me? For me? Oh, it's allowed. Thank you for the flower, matur suwun mba. Who will I go home with? Just me, guaranteed to arrive safely at the front door," said Bagus, the main vocalist of the Guyon Waton band, jokingly.

7. Audience Flocks to Selagu Lagi Festival Until the End of the Event

As the night goes on, the number of audience attending the Selagu Lagi Festival is getting more crowded. During Kangen Band's performance, the audience can be seen running towards the stage to witness the spectacular performances of the guest stars. The abundance of guest stars prepared by the Selagu Lagi Festival organizers has attracted a large number of people who want to attend this grand concert.

Starting from Rony Parulian's performance to Feel Koplo at the end of the event, the number of audience continues to increase. The excitement at this concert is indeed felt right. This moment is certainly utilized by many people, from teenagers to adults, to spend their Sunday night. The high enthusiasm of the people of Malang and its surrounding areas has made the main stage area more crowded. Even the festival area and VIP section are observed to be densely packed.
