Expressing Her Concern, Danilla Riyadi Pours Her Indifference Through the Song 'MPV'

Kapanlagi.com - The beautiful singer Danilla has just released her latest song titled MPV (Most Valuable Player). MPV is one of the songs included in her new album "Popseblay". The album, which contains 12 tracks, will be released soon. Danilla explained that MPV will be a song that introduces a new color to her album "Popseblay", which will be released in 2022.
 
"The process of creating the melody and lyrics for this song flowed naturally. At that time, I woke up and immediately remembered the melody given by Otta (the producer)," said Danilla during a virtual press conference on Sunday (2/1/2022).

The single contains Danilla's heartfelt expression of always being demanded to meet fans' expectations in creating works. Fans often ask Danilla to make music similar to the songs in the Telisik album released in 2014.

"People don't see Danilla as, for example, being identified with the album 'Lintasan Waktu' or anything, no. If not the song 'Berdistraksi', then the song 'Ada Di Sana'. It's like I'm a cook who has a lot of menus, I can't possibly cook the same food all the time," said Danilla.

"Now I feel like I can be the carefree Danilla. This is what I want to convey. I express my restlessness through melodies," added Danilla.

Nevertheless, Danilla feels happy because the album "Telisik" that has been released since 2014 until now still has a large listener base.

"It's okay if you guys like "Telisik", but don't push me to go back and make "Telisik" (again). Finally, the lyrics of this MPV song were created," she said.

3. Changed the Title

Then, an interesting thing in the making of the song titled 'MPV', initially the song was planned with the name 'MVP' which stands for Most Valuable Player, but it was decided to change it to 'MPV' after the sound engineer involved in the production wrote the title of the song in a folder with the name MPV.

"MPV became 'Most Paluable Vlayer'. Yes, that's our sound engineer and we want to let you know that our sound engineer is like that. We will dedicate the title according to his personality as well," Danilla concluded.
