Growing up as a teenager, Naura Ayu Feels Falling in Love Through the Song 'Kisah Kasih Sayang'

She poured her story into a new song titled Kisah Kasih Sayang (Story of Love) which she wrote together with Ezra Mandira, Febrian Nindyo, and Nadia Aleida from HIVI!. This song is a marker of her transformation from a child singer to a teenage singer.

"Regarding the song Kisah Kasih Sayang, I want to convey the story, which is about the feeling of liking someone for the first time in teenage years. At the same time, it marks that I have changed and am no longer a child singer. Oh, I am so excited!" said Naura Ayu in a press statement received by Kapanlagi.com.

1. Starting a New Phase

Before releasing this single, the 15-year-old girl took a hiatus from social media. She did some healing for herself before starting a new phase in her life as a teenage singer.

"I have experienced many things since I first started my career until now. There have been good and bad things. I have felt insecure, tired, and frustrated, but all of that quickly passed because I am happy with my job and it is my passion. However, I want to make peace with my heart and mind, and do some self-introspection to get to know myself better and enjoy time with my loved ones," she explained.

2. Video Clip Process

Meanwhile, for the making of the video clip directed by Tania Salim, Naura Ayu also had a say in determining the concept and wardrobe she wore.

"I really like something classic, the vibes of Sound of Music and Romeo & Juliet. Since I could participate in the process of making the video clip, I wanted to express my love for classical things there. So, the concept of the video clip, the clothes I wore, and also the song are in line with what I desire," she concluded.
