Long Hiatus, Bad Rock The Winner Comeback with Single 'Orang Kedua'

Kapanlagi.com - After a long absence from the Indonesian music industry, the band group The Winner decided to make a comeback with a single titled Orang Kedua under the GP Records label. Interestingly, The Winner tries to present something different from before.

The song Orang Kedua was written by Posan Tobing, who is the drummer of The Winner. He tried to convey a deep message in his latest work.

"The song Orang Kedua tells the story of someone who pours their heart out in a secret relationship with someone else's lover, where in every aspect of life, they are always put in second place," said Posan.

The rock atmosphere remains a characteristic of The Winner in this latest single. However, Posan Tobing and his team made it more easy listening to be easily accepted by music lovers.

As known, in mid-2019, The Winner announced their new formation which has lasted until now. Currently, The Winner consists of Posan Tobing (Drums), Yaya Fara (Vocals), Leon (Guitar), Bayu Satria (keyboard), and Icez (Bass).

"This band (formation) is still new, it hasn't been long, only a few months, but previously we have met in different bands, like Leon in Dreamband before, and Icez used to be in The Winner before joining RCM, and also Yaya has played together with our keyboardist Bayu," said Posan at that time.
