Salshadilla Juwita Releases Latest Single Composed by Devano Danendra

Kapanlagi.com - The singing talent of Iis Dahlia apparently passed down to her daughter, Salshadilla Juwita. However, unlike her mother who is known as a dangdut singer, this 22-year-old girl prefers the pop music genre. Salsha has released several music works during her career, such as Mimpiku and Diam-Diam Cinta.

This time, Salsha released her latest single titled Dimana Dirimu under the SMD Records label. Interestingly, the song was written by her younger brother, Devano Danendra. However, it doesn't mean that Salsha had no involvement in the songwriting process.

"So, this song started because I sent a note to Devano. Then he wrote the lyrics based on that note," said Salsha in a press release received by KapanLagi.com.

1. The Story Behind 'Where Are You'

Love theme is still Salsha's choice for the single Where Are You. As the title suggests, the song tells the story of someone who is left by their lover when they are in the midst of affection.

"For the arrangement itself, I followed what Devano made and I really liked it," continued Salsha.

2. A Little Difficulty During the Recording Process

The song Where Are You has a fairly high level of vocal difficulty. Salsha also admitted that she experienced a little difficulty during the recording process. However, she is very satisfied with the end result because this song really touches the heart, both in terms of lyrics and music arrangement.

"During the recording, it was a bit of a struggle because there were many ups and downs in the notes. But it went smoothly. Hopefully, this song will be well-liked because it is easy listening and the lyrics are touching," concluded Salsha.
