Story of Rayen's New Song is Similar to the Life Journey of Lady Nayoan and Rendy Kjaernett

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Rayen Pono presents his latest song titled "Hidup Dua Kali" as part of his debut solo album titled "Empat Puluh". In this song, Rayen Pono collaborates with Lady Nayoan as the model for the music video.

The song "Hidup Dua Kali" carries a deep message about second chances in life. Rayen stated that if given a second chance, he would choose to live the same life, including loving the same person as before.

"There is always an opportunity given by God for us to do good things in pursuing dreams and aspirations for a better life and to be beneficial to many people," said Rayen Pono in a press conference at MUSICADEI Home For Musician, South Jakarta, Wednesday (27/9/2023).

"I will still choose the same life with all its good and bad processes, and I will still choose the same person to love. I will continue to choose music as part of my life's journey," he added.

Apparently, the theme of this song bears resemblance to the life story of Lady Nayoan and her husband, Rendy Kjaernett, which went viral. Lady once filed for divorce against Rendy after finding out about her husband's affair with Syahnaz Sadiqah.

However, in the midst of the trial, they decided to reconcile and cancel the divorce. They are now trying to rebuild their marriage, which was almost destroyed because of this issue.

Rayen Pono invited Lady Nayoan to play a role in the music video for "Hidup Dua Kali" because their life stories have similarities. Lady even cried when she first heard the song, which was released under the Semesta Records label owned by Rian D'Masiv.

"Actually, there is a positive aspect that we can take from Lady's story, which is how she can accept someone back, make peace with herself, her family, and maybe with the heavens and nature, where not everyone can do that," said Rian.

2. Lady Nayoan Touched

Lady Nayoan admits that she was very touched when she heard Rayen Pono's new song. For Lady, this is the second time she has played a role in a music video. She shares her thoughts.

"Rendy also got teary-eyed when he heard this song. If I may say, this is my story turned into an extraordinary work. Maybe this music video will be one of the good memories and a reminder that what I went through yesterday was allowed by God, but it can also be a good creation," said Lady Nayoan.
