Want to Perform Again at DWP 2023, DJ w.W Prepares New Song to be Released Before the Festival

Kapanlagi.com - DJ William or better known by his stage name DJ w.W is currently busy preparing to produce his new single to perform at Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP). DJ w.W plans to release his latest single on music streaming platforms before the start of the DWP 2023 festival. DJ w.W himself has performed at DWP last year and hopes to perform again this year. In addition to being busy making his new song, he is now known to have become a Music Consultant at one of the clubs in Jakarta.

Starting his career in 2005, DJ w.W briefly joined as a DJ at one of the radio stations, Mustang88FM. After 3 years of raising his name through the program "Down With The Deejay", DJ w.W successfully joined one of the famous clubs in Jakarta. From the club called Blowfish, he managed to perform at DWP and the international scene.

1. Winning Many Awards

This DJ who loves collecting shoes and modifying cars has apparently won various prestigious awards during his career as a DJ. Some of the awards he has won include; Best Resident DJ (2009), Resident DJ Of The Year (2011), RnB/HipHop DJ Of The Year (2013), Resident DJ Of The Year (2017), and Local Dance Track Of The Year (2018).

Starting from his hobby of playing musical instruments, DJ w.W admitted that he was first introduced to the world of DJing by his college friend. Starting to enjoy his new hobby, he now pursues DJing as his profession and career. Although initially he did not expect his hobby to be able to produce and make him perform internationally in several clubs across Asia to Australia.

2. Producing New Songs for DWP 2023

DJ w.W then shared his experience performing at DWP last year. According to him, all DJs must dream of playing at this festival. He felt lucky to be on the same stage with well-known international DJs.

Finally, he hopes to perform again at DWP 2023 and produce his new song before the festival begins. The plan is to release his new single first on music streaming platforms before he officially performs it on stage at DWP 2023. Of course, this will be a pride for him to be in the international line up at The Biggest Festival in Southeast Asia.
